GEOMET® 360 / HIGH CARBON technology

ICHIBAN® EVOLUTION Discs with GEOMET® 360 / HIGH CARBON technology and special groove and perforated design dissipate heat better to ensure safer and more comfortable braking. In addition, they stay cleaner due to their ability to expel accumulated water and dirt through the rotating movement.

HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKE DISCS

GEOMET® 360 COATING: low thickness total film that protects against corrosion without affecting the quality of braking when the vehicle is put into service. It also provides temporary protection on the braking surfaces of the disc.

QUIET AND DURABLE: Its high carbon iron formulations (molybdenum, chromium and carbon) improve noise damping characteristics, providing high strength and greater thermal conductivity compared to standard discs, increasing its durability.

PERFORMANCE: The perforated and slotted discs make it easier for the disc to maintain greater grip on the brake pads. This factor drastically reduces the braking distance, especially in wet weather.

HEAT DISSIPATION: Drilled holes ensure proper and maximum heat dissipation which keeps the drive cooler. They are beveled to reduce the chance of cracking.
