MAXIMUM ANTI-CORROSIVE PROTECTION

GEOMET® 360 ICHIBAN® Brake Discs have an anti-corrosion formula that completely covers the piece with a thin film that shades the bright color of the aluminum, without altering the braking characteristics.

Characteristics:

• Braking behavior: the low thickness of the GEOMET® 360 coating guarantees efficient braking, in addition to protecting the disc.
• Protection in the ventilated area: the absence of oxidation or corrosion within the nerves of the disc improves heat dissipation.
• Part ready to install (dry protection): does not require degreasing before installation.
• Ease of disassembly: An average brake job takes 1.25-2.5 hours per axle. Without the need to clean an oil-covered rotor, you save time and money during the installation and removal process.
• High thermal conductivity thanks to its high quality gray cast iron GG20 and GG15, which means highly carbonized cast iron.
• Its GEOMET® 360 formula is obtained from an aqueous dispersion of zinc and aluminum, thus respecting the environment.

With GEOMET® 360 ICHIBAN® Brake Discs we are committed to the environment; by complying with the regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as with resolutions Chrysler CS-9003, General Motors GMW 3059, Ford WSS-M99P9999-A1 (Hex 9). They also comply with the RoHS restriction of certain hazardous substances, using non-toxic metals for their manufacture, free of chromium, nickel, cadmium, lead, barium and mercury.
